Foodie Friday is Stockport’s unique night out in the Old Town’s historic Market Place every last Friday of the month.

We’re celebrating the last days of summer before the kids go back to school.

Come along hungry as you can sample a wide variety of delicious tastes from around the world from up to 20 of the best street food traders in the North West as well as all the specialist food and drink offers from Stockport’s regular indoor market traders.

Enjoy the special atmosphere as friends, family and work mates come together to eat, drink and be entertained by the best local musical talent. This month we have live music in the Market Hall from NK Theatre Arts, Lucy & Izzy, John Vivant & Bren’s Dinos, 11 Hours and Kames.

Foodie Friday visitors are a wonderful community of people and the event is a great opportunity to meet up with old friends and make new ones!

Foodie Friday was the recipient of the Best Pop Up Event at the Manchester Food and Drink Festival Awards 2016 and has been nominated again in this category for the 2018 awards. It was also recently featured on the ITV Tonight programme as part of the regeneration of Stockport.
